The nasal congestion is intermittent or alternating, with varying severity. It becomes more severe when exposed to cold, wind, or when the temperature drops. There is a large amount of nasal discharge, which is thin and watery, or white and sticky, without any obvious yellowish or turbid appearance. Accompanied by shortness of breath, lack of enthusiasm, pale or sallow complexion, often feeling cold and sensitive to the cold, especially the back and neck are prone to getting cold, with low immunity and frequent colds. The symptoms worsen after using air conditioning or exposure to cold air. Accompanied by loss of appetite, indigestion, loose stools or frequent diarrhea, pale tongue, thin coating, or white and greasy coating.
