This questionnaire aims to understand your subjective experience in a hybrid work context. It explores how the hybrid work model affects employees’ psychological needs, employee satisfaction, and employee performance. By collecting survey data from employees in China, this study seeks to reveal the specific mechanisms through which hybrid work influences employee motivation and performance, in order to provide data support for organizations to design more efficient and flexible human resource strategies. Please answer the questions truthfully and objectively based on your actual work experience by selecting the options that best reflect your situation.

混合办公 Hybrid Work

心理需求 Psychological Needs
心理需求包括自主性、胜任感与关系感,是影响工作动力和幸福感的重要因素。 Psychological Needs includes autonomy, competence, and relatedness are key factors influencing work motivation and well-being.
员工满意度 Employee Satisfaction
员工满意度指员工对自己工作整体的主观感受,包括对工作环境、工作前景和工作生活平衡等方面的满意程度。Employee satisfaction refers to the overall subjective perception of one's job, including satisfaction with the work environment, career prospects, and work-life balance.
员工绩效 Employee Performance
员工绩效是指员工在公司中根据他们的职务和职责完成工作任务的效率和能力,包括工作的质量和数量,团队合作、产出的及时性。 Employee performance refers to the efficiency and capability with which employees complete their tasks according to their roles and responsibilities. It includes the quality and quantity of work, teamwork, timeliness of output.
1.5 参与者信息的匿名和保密 Anonymity and Confidentiality of Participant Information

This questionnaire is anonymous, and all of your responses will be kept strictly confidential. No personally identifiable information (such as IP address, name, phone number, or email address) will be collected. All data will be used solely for the purpose of this academic research, and findings will be reported in aggregate form without identifying any individual participant. In accordance with the University of Nottingham's data management policy, all anonymized data will be destroyed upon completion of my studies. You will not be identifiable in any research reports or publications.
