This study aims to understand the experiences, perceptions, and professional development of lawyers engaged in or interested in foreign-related legal practice in China. We are particularly interested in how you perceive the concept of "foreign-related legal talents" (or "涉外法治人才" in Chinese), your experiences with related initiatives, and the challenges and opportunities in this field.
本研究旨在了解从事或有兴趣从事涉外法律实务的中国律师的经历、看法和职业发展。我们特别关注您如何理解"涉外法治人才"这一概念，您参与相关倡议的经历，以及您在这一领域面临或认为存在的挑战和机遇。
