评分标准 Rating Description:

非常卓越：受评者对题目中所描述的行为，在技巧、认知及执行上都表现得足以作人表率。
Outstanding performance: The interviewees demonstrated exemplary skill, cognition, and performance in the actions described in the title.

表现优秀：受评者能常态且成功地展现题目所描述的行为。
Excellent performance: The respondent was able to consistently and successfully demonstrate the behavior described in the question.

达到标准：受评者能常态地展现题目中所描述的行为。
Meeting the standards: The interviewee was able to perform the behavior described in the question in a consistent manner.

有待改进：受评者偶尔有这项行为的表现，但并非常态，而仍有改进的空间。
Needs improvement: The respondent occasionally performs this behavior, but it is not the norm and there is still room for improvement.

并非如此：受评者的表现完全没有展现题目中所描述的行为。
