1.发放时机:建议在景区出口、中医体验项目结束后、或游客休息区发放,确保游客已完成主要体验。

2.发放方式:可同时采用纸质问卷(现场发放)和电子问卷(扫描二维码在线填写),电子问卷可使用“问卷星”或“Google Forms”制作,便于数据自动汇总。

3.多语种补充:如客源国集中在日本、韩国或东南亚国家,建议在上述中英双语基础上增加日语、韩语或泰语版本,以提高回收率和数据质量。
