II. Online Payment of Registration Fees

Early academic attendees (register on or before May 31st) will be charged a registration fee of ￥1100. Regular academic attendees (register from June 1st to June 21st) will be charged a registration fee of ￥1300, and onsite academic attendees will be charged a registration fee of ￥1600. (Early student attendees will be charged ￥800, regular student attendees will be charged ￥1000, and onsite student attendees will be charged ￥1200. Master and PhD students with valid identification can enjoy registration discounts).
Accepted Payment Methods: QR Code (WeChat Pay, Alipay) and Bank Transfer (Online banking, Mobile banking, etc). Note: On-site registration will not accept cash.

Electronic invoices will be directly sent to the attendee's email address. If you need a hard-copy, you can collect it at the conference site, provided that you register before June 21st. Otherwise, the event organizer will mail the hard-copy invoice to you as soon as possible.
III. Invoice and Mailing Information

Attendees who register before June 21st can collect their invoices at the conference site if needed. For those who register on-site, the event organizer will mail the paper invoices to them as soon as possible. Electronic invoices will be directly sent to the attendees' email.
