Dear Experts,
Thank you for participating in the development of the Clinical Practice Guideline on Acupuncture for Neck Pain in Cervical Spondylosis-related Neck Pain.This questionnaire is the third round of clinical question consultation, aiming to further evaluate the importance  of each clinical question, thereby providing a basis for subsequent evidence retrieval and recommendation formulation.
The questionnaire contains 10 clinical questions. Each question includes 6 scoring dimensions. Please score each dimension on a scale of 1 to 9 based on your clinical experience and professional judgment. Scoring criteria are provided beneath each question.
This survey is anonymous. All information will be used solely for guideline development research and kept strictly confidential. The estimated completion time is 15–20 minutes.
