Dear students,

This is a survey for evaluating our teachers' teaching performance, and it will be conducted in an anonymous way. Please feel free to answer the questions. Your feedback will assist our teachers in their future teaching work and help them continuously improve their teaching proficiency. Please rate each teacher who teaches you, and ignore the teachers who don't teach you. When you give a score of 3 or lower, please provide the reason for the score. Please use polite language when giving your feedback. Thank you!

The scoring scale for each option is: 1 (poor), 2 (acceptable), 3 (good), 4 (excellent), and 5 (outstanding).
