Dear Potential Participant,

As part of Research Skills subject, I am undertaking a research project entitled The influence of outdoor‑activity frequency on students’ mobile‑phone dependency level. I examine the relationship between students’ outdoor‑activity frequency and their mobile‑phone dependency. This will take approximately 5‑7 minutes. Your participation has been chosen because this study focuses on student groups.

I would like you to complete an online questionnaire. Your participation is completely voluntary. There will be no negative consequences for you if you choose not to take part. If you wish, you may stop filling in the survey at any time.

All collected responses will be aggregated in the final report. Individual participants cannot be identified from published work. I will provide you with a copy of the final report upon request, however, quoted individual comments will remain anonymous.

You may contact me for further questions regarding this study. If you have any concerns or complaints about the way this research is carried out, you can contact my supervisor via email: 62025010@lixin.edu.cn.

Your completion and submission of this online questionnaire is taken as an indication of your consent to participate.
