Survey Questionnaire / 調查問卷

Dear Participant,

You are cordially invited to participate in a research study titled “Impact of Socio demographic Factors and Knowledge of Meat Substitutes on the Acceptability of Plant Based Meat Alternatives Among Hong Kong Consumers,” conducted by Yu Gu and Chenwei Wu in the MSc in the field of Food Safety and Toxicology at the University of Hong Kong.

The purpose of this study is to examine how socio demographic backgrounds, consumer knowledge, and motivations for plant based diets influence the acceptance of plant based meat alternatives (such as Beyond Meat, Impossible Foods, and plant based nuggets) among Hong Kong consumers. By understanding these factors, this research provides evidence that can support the development of more sustainable food options tailored to local preferences and needs.

Your opinions are very important to this research. This questionnaire is expected to take 5 minutes to complete. All information obtained in this survey will be anonymous and kept strictly confidential. The data collected will be used solely for academic research purposes. Thank you for your participation!
