Before COVID-19, the basement level of this dormitory used to include shared facilities such as a café/bar, table tennis room, gym, and convenience store. However, these facilities were closed during the pandemic, and the space is currently used for other purposes such as storage and laundry drying by resident staff. This survey aims to understand residents’ opinions on whether these facilities should be reopened and which facilities would be most useful for current residents.
