A.非常符合(5分):表示已接近或达到本公司此方面很优秀很突出员工的水平,可作为标杆。
Totally Agree (5 points): indicates that the talent has approached or reached the level of excellent and outstanding in this aspect, which can be used as a role model.
B.比较符合(4分):表示对此方面表现满意,达到公司优秀员工水平。
Relatively match (4 points): indicates that the talent’s performance is satisfied with this aspect and is reached the level of excellent.
C.一般(3分):表示现阶段基本适合该岗位对此方面的要求,还可进一步提高。
Ordinary (3 points): indicates that this stage is basically suitable for the requirements of the position in this respect, and can be further improved.
D.不太符合(2分):表示该方面能力或意识此时还不能胜任岗位需要,亟需提高。Not quite agree with (2 points): indicates that the ability or awareness in this area is not qualified at this time, and needs to be improved.
E. 完全不符合(1分):表示该方面是其短处或缺陷。
Not meet at all (1 point): indicates that this aspect is deficiency or defect.
