您好!我们正在进行一项关于大学生心理健康的研究,旨在探讨元情绪智力与情绪调节对心理健康的影响。本研究由马来亚大学(University of Malaya)主导,调查对象为马来西亚吉隆坡和中国广东地区的在读大学生。

问卷为中英双语形式,您可选择最舒适的语言进行作答。整个填写过程大约需要 5–8 分钟,所有数据仅用于学术研究,完全匿名,您的隐私将被严格保护。

Greetings! You are invited to participate in a research study that aims to examine how meta-emotional intelligence and emotion regulation relate to mental health among university students in Kuala Lumpur and Guangdong.

The questionnaire is bilingual (English & Chinese). It will take approximately 5–8 minutes to complete. Your responses will remain anonymous and will only be used for academic purposes.
