关于课程的退费原则
Principles on Course Fee Refunding
a) 在距离课程开始15个工作日前，因个人原因提出退课，需向培训中心提交书面申请，经培训中心确认后，扣除所有课程学费的20%作为违约金，退还剩余部分学费。课程名额不允许转让他人。
15 or more days before the course, for any reason to withdraw from the course, the written application shall be submitted to the training center. Upon confirmation from the training center, 20% of the course fee will be deducted and the remained will be refunded. The seat shall not be transferred to others.
b) 在距离课程开始前5-15个工作日, 因个人原因提出退课，需向培训中心提交书面申请，经培训中心确认后，扣除所有课程学费的50%作为违约金，退还剩余部分学费。课程名额不允许转让他人。 
5 to 15 days before the course, for any reason to withdraw from the course, the written application shall be submitted to the training center. Upon confirmation from the training center, 50% of the course fee will be deducted and the remained will be refunded. The seat shall not be transferred to others.
c) 在距离课程开始前5个工作日内, 因个人原因提出退课，需向培训中心提交书面申请，经培训中心确认后，扣除所有课程学费的80%作为违约金，退还剩余部分学费，逾期费用不予退还。
Within 5 days before the course, for any reason to withdraw from the course, the written application shall be submitted to the training center. Upon confirmation from the training center, 80% of the course fee will be deducted and the remained will be refunded. No refund will be made for overdue application.
