Internship/Campus Recruitment(France & Belgium) - Hikvision

Responsibilities

1.Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys (including: existing and prospective customers, competitors’ channel partners, channel coverage and sales strategy, etc.), identify new sales opportunities and market trends.

2.Develop and implement channel sales strategies, create short and long term business plans to increase sales revenue.

3.Build and maintain sustainable relationship with existing and potential Tier-1 distributors to diversify distribution channels.

4.Develop new Tier-2 distributors for HIKVISION brand, regularly evaluate their performance, qualification, capability in order to maximize channel coverage in regional market.

5.Responsible for annual & quarterly target settings for distributors; follow up with KPIs linked to these targets.

6.Coordinate quarterly business review meetings and review business development progress against agreed plans.

7.Responsible for weekly/monthly revenue tracking/forecast; manage stock levels & stock rotations, credit notes, payment terms, rebate policy, price list & special pricing issues, channel incentive program.

8.Deliver product and commercial education and training in conjunction with business partners.

9.Plan, implement and follow up with distributors’ marketing activities (such as product/solution roadshow, seminar, workshop, forum etc.) with marketing team.

10.Responsible for contract management of channel partners; utilize internal and external resources ensuring deliveries of orders are in timely and accurate manner, as well as timely collection of accounts receivable.

11.Implement local sales processes, systems/tools and channel policy/guidelines.

Responsibilities

1.Provide support via phone and e-mail to distribution partners and installers on Hikvision products efficiently and accurately.

2.Research and explain possible solutions and/or alternatives; ensuring that clients feel supported and valued and their needs are addressed whilst adhering to all company policies and procedures.

3.Help and support with testing products; and report the results to your line manager.

4.Maintain and develop the company’s CRM system by insuring all data relating to customers and support tickets are accurate and up to date.

5.Attend regular training and meetings to maintain and expand knowledge and performance level.

6.Understand and strive to meet or exceed targets while providing excellent consistent customer service.
