Cross-Cultural Acceptance Validity Questionnaire of Discourse on the Chinese Path to Modernization
Survey Description

Dear Madam/Sir,

We appreciate your willingness to participate in this survey, which aims to explore how the discourse on Chinese-style modernization is perceived by overseas audiences. Your feedback will help us refine communication strategies, ensuring that narratives about Chinese-style modernization better resonate with global audiences and foster a deeper understanding of China's rich historical culture, contemporary developments, and global propositions.

Why This Survey Matters:

Chinese-style modernization represents a new form of human civilization—rooted in China's 5,000-year cultural heritage while addressing universal challenges like poverty alleviation, ecological sustainability, and intercivilizational dialogue. By sharing your perspectives, you can help us bridge cultural gaps and enhance cross-cultural communication. For example, we aim to understand:

1.How concepts like "common prosperity" and "ecological civilization" align with values in your cultural context;

2.Which media channels (e.g., social media, documentaries, cultural events) best convey authentic Chinese stories;

3.How to present China's development path in a way that fosters mutual understanding rather than cultural stereotypes.

What Your Participation Entails:

The survey will take 5–8 minutes to complete. All responses will be strictly confidential and used solely for academic research. Your insights are invaluable for building more inclusive global dialogues and promoting mutual learning between China and the world.

If you have questions, please contact us at xiongxin73@hnnu.edu.cn. Thank you for contributing to this important endeavor!

Warm regards,

The Research Team
