This questionnaire aims to collect information on your eating habits in Hong Kong, including adaptation to local dietary flavours, food expenditure, dining method preferences and dietary routines. Certain questions may be skipped automatically based on your answers, and the survey will take approximately 3–5 minutes to complete. Your participation is entirely voluntary.

Please note that this survey is anonymous, and all data collected will be held in strict confidence and used only for academic research purposes, with access limited solely to the research team.
