油菜在种植过程中会感染菌核病（由核盘菌引起），会造成油菜减产、品质下降。当前农业生产中，常使用化学农药防控该病害。RNAi 生物农药属于新型病害防控手段，原理是通过核酸序列靶向抑制病菌内部基因，从而抑制病菌生长。
Text to read before continuing
Rapeseed can be infected by Sclerotinia stem rot (caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum) during cultivation, which leads to yield reduction and quality decline. Chemical pesticides are widely used to control this disease in current agricultural production. RNAi biopesticide is a novel disease control method. Its principle is to inhibit the growth of pathogenic fungi by targeting and suppressing internal genes of pathogens through nucleic acid sequences.
