Dear respondent, The aim of this research is to explore how online retail stores im pact physical stores through influencing consumers’ attitudes and intentions by analyzing service quality and perceived risk online. This questionnaire is anonymous. And all the responses gathered will only be used for academic research. The investigator of this research is Cheng Meijie from Wen-Zhou Kean University.
