本人为宁夏大学2020级工商管理系学生,设计该问卷用于调查顾客对在星巴克门店(石家庄市万达广场长安店和勒泰中心商城店)的体验是否满意以及良好的体验是否能成为顾客再次消费的原因。I am a business administration student of Ningxia University,Class of 2020,And designed this questionnaire to investigate whether customers are satisfied with their experience at Starbucks shops And whether a good consumer experience can be a rhythm for customers to spend money again.
