Lots of policies have been adjusted based on feedback. Typical feedback will be seriously discussed /investigated and replied. For other minor or repeated ones, we review them but may not reply. Most of other companies do not encourage anonymous feedback.
When you are raising an issue, whether anonymously or not, try to provide specific examples (no need to mention the names of relevant people).
Reason: This allows us to analyze the specific issue and come up with effective solutions. Otherwise, it's like talking about some imaginary 'dragon', which doesn't help us in making improvements.
