This questionnaire was used to investigate consumer consumption preferences for the imposition of a meat tax for scientific research. The questionnaire is voluntary. Only those over 18 years old are allowed to participate. The questionnaire was completely anonymous. All your information will be kept strictly confidential. The questionnaire takes approximately 15 minutes to answer. At the end of the questionnaire, you will get 30 yuan as our thanks for your participation in the questionnaire. This questionnaire is about your meat consumption preference for a meat tax, please answer truly.The survey results will be aggregated and feedback to relevant meat firms overseas, for them to consider their strategy for exporting to Chinese market in the future, and thus possibly impact imported meat in Chinese market.
