请根据您学习古筝指法技术的经验回答以下问题。/ Please answer the following questions based on your experience learning guzheng fingering techniques.
使用1-9分量表评分（1 = 非常低，9 = 非常高）。/ Use a 1-9 scale for rating (1 = Very Low, 9 = Very High).
问卷通过在线平台“问卷星”完成，预计用时3-10分钟，匿名提交。/ The questionnaire will be completed via the online platform “Wenjuanxing,” with an estimated duration of 3-10 minutes, submitted anonymously.

二、认知负荷评估（针对复杂指法技术） / Part B：Cognitive Load Assessment (for Complex Fingering Techniques)
以下问题基于 RO1 所确定的六项复杂指法技术。
The following questions refer to the six complex fingering techniques identified in RO1.

1.学习扫摇时，您的心理负荷水平如何？/When learning sao-yao, what was your level of mental effort?
2.学习双手快速和弦时，您需要投入的努力程度如何？/When learning shuangshou kuaishu hexian, how much effort did you need to invest?
3.学习轮指时，您觉得演奏起来有多难？/When learning lunzhi, how difficult did you find your performance?
4.学习固定按音时，您的心理负荷水平如何？/When learning guding anyin, what was your level of mental effort?

5.学习多指按音时，您需要投入的努力程度如何？/When learning duozhi anyin, how much effort did you need to invest?

6.学习多指摇时，您觉得演奏起来有多难？/When learning duozhi yao, how difficult did you find your performance?
 三、对比评估（复杂 vs. 基本技术） /Part C: Comparative Assessment (Complex vs. Basic Techniques)
