Questionnaire to investigate students' perceptions of the impact of DMT on their self-efficacy

Dear Participants,

We sincerely appreciate your valuable time and willingness to share your experiences in relation to the impact of Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT) on your self-efficacy within the dance school context. Your insights are vital in enhancing our understanding of the efficacy of Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT) as a therapeutic tool for self-efficacy. The questionnaire contains questions focusing on three important aspects of the impact of dance movement therapy: Physical Efficacy, Emotional Efficacy, and Cognitive Self-Efficacy. All responses will be treated with strict confidentiality, and your identity will remain anonymous. If you do not wish to participate in this study you may waive this questionnaire. Before we proceed, please complete the demographics form and read and sign the consent form, granting permission for questionnaire collection.
