You are invited to participate in a research study titled "Exploring the Relationship Between Perceived Leadership Styles and Teacher Job Satisfaction in Nanning, China." This study aims to investigate how teachers perceive their school leaders' leadership styles and how these perceptions relate to their overall job satisfaction.

Your responses will provide valuable insights into school leadership practices and their impact on teachers’ well-being and professional engagement. The survey is divided into three sections:
