Dear ladies and gentlemen, I am a student majoring in SUFE business management. I am currently conducting research on the localisation strategy of Starbucks product supply chain in China, focussing on the theme of consumer purchasing behaviour, out-of-stock experience and inventory management optimisation, aiming to complete relevant academic research reports. In order to fully collect real feedback from the market and objectively analyse the current situation and improvement direction of Starbucks in terms of product supply and consumer experience, this research is specially carried out.
