Questionnaire Background
Pony AI Inc. ("Pony.ai", the “Company”) is listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “HKEX”). In accordance with the Environmental, Social and Governance Reporting Code issued by the HKEX, the Company is required to disclose ESG information on an annual basis. Pursuant to the ESG Reporting Code , listed companies are required to identify their key ESG issues for the year based on stakeholder engagement.

1. This questionnaire consists of two sections with a total of 24 questions and takes approximately five minutes to complete.
2. This questionnaire aims to understand your expectations, as a stakeholder, regarding Pony.ai’s ESG-related performance. There are no right or wrong answers, and no professional expertise is required. Please respond based on your existing understanding of Pony.ai.
