Construction of Evaluation Index System for Amateur Basketball Coaches in Jiangsu Province

Welcome to participate in the construction and application research of the ability evaluation index system of amateur basketball coaches in Jiangsu Province!
By 2026, our country's amateur basketball coach group has exceeded 60,000, about 10 times that of professional coaches in the system, becoming the main force in the training of basketball reserve talents. However, the training and management of amateur basketball coaches still faces a series of problems and challenges, and there is an urgent need to build a scientific ability evaluation index system to promote talent flow and development.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to optimize and screen the primary and secondary indicators of the preliminarily constructed ability evaluation system, and to calculate the weights of the system.
