Introduction

Most of Hong Kong’s public rental housing (PRH) buildings will remain in use for several decades. Retrofitting the existing PRH stock has therefore become an urgent priority, particularly as the Hong Kong government has committed to improving the energy efficiency of residential buildings through retrofit actions by 2035.

Although a wide range of retrofit measures is available, determining which ones should be prioritized in practice is not purely a technical decision, as retrofit choices affect multiple stakeholder groups with different needs and expectations. For this reason, stakeholder engagement is essential to ensure that retrofit planning reflects real-world priorities and remains practically implementable.

Accordingly, this questionnaire aims to systematically gather your views on the importance of different retrofit measures. The findings will be used to support retrofit recommendations that align with stakeholder priorities and enhance the feasibility and acceptance of future retrofit strategies for Hong Kong’s PRH buildings.

All responses are anonymous and will be used solely for academic research purposes.

簡介

香港大部分公營租住房屋(公屋)將於未來數十年持續使用。因此,改造現有公屋建築屬當前迫切任務,此舉亦配合香港政府承諾於2035年前透過改造措施提升住宅能源效益的目標。

雖然現時有各式各樣嘅改造措施可供選擇,但實際應該優先行邊啲措施,並唔單係技術上嘅決定——因為改造選擇會影響到多個持份者群體,而佢哋各有不同嘅需要同期望。正因如此,必須積極聽取持份者意見,先至可以確保改造規劃真正反映現實需求,並保持切實可行。

本問卷旨在系統收集閣下對各項改造措施重要性之評估。所得資料將用於制定更符合持份者優先考量、且能提升未來公屋改造策略可行性與接受度的具體建議。


所有資料僅作學術研究之用,問卷採匿名方式進行。
