Chang'e 6: A Trip to the Moon's Far Side
Hey kids, I'm Chang'e 6. I'm going on a trip to the moon to collect some soil! Four years ago, my "sister" spacecraft, Chang'e 5, did the same thing. But she went to the near side of the moon. This time, I'm going to the far side of the moon. No one has collected soil from there before!
The moon goes around Earth. But it's a bit shy—it only shows us one side. We can't see the far side from Earth. It's also very quiet there. Messages can't easily get there. Landing on the far side is hard. So my trip is more difficult and will take about 53 days.
