小学部教师专业发展需求调查Survey for Teachers' Professional Development

尊敬的各位老师Dear Teachers:

为贯彻总校长室提出教学高质量发展的要求，促进新学期小学部教师队伍发展和教研组建设，精准支持每一位教师的专业成长，现启动本学部专项问卷调查，请各位老师积极参与。In order to implement the requirements for high-quality teaching development proposed by the Principle's Office, promote the development of the primary school teaching team and the construction of teaching groups in the new semester, and provide precise support for the professional growth of each teacher, this special questionnaire survey is now launched. We sincerely invite all teachers to actively participate.

本次调研旨在The objectives of this survey are：

1. 诊断现状：了解各教研组当前开展活动的实效性与教师的真实感受。

To diagnose the current situation: Understand the effectiveness of the activities currently carried out by each group and the genuine feelings of teachers.

2.识别需求：倾听您在专业引领、教研内容、团队支持等方面的需求与建议。To identify needs: Listen to your needs and suggestions regarding professional guidance, teaching and research content, team support, etc.

3.优化机制：倾听各位老师的意见，为下学期学科建设、教研活动及教师专业发展提供科学的改进依据与决策参考。To optimize mechanisms: Listen to the opinions of all teachers to provide a scientific basis for improvement and decision-making reference for subject construction, teaching and research activities, and teachers' professional development in the next semester.
