Introduction
Thank you very much for taking the time to participate in this interview.
The purpose of this interview is to explore school bullying from teachers’ perspectives and to better understand its underlying causes, so as to provide practical evidence for the design of subsequent educational intervention programs. Your professional experience and insights are highly valuable to this study.
This interview does not involve any evaluation of your teaching competence or job performance. All questions focus solely on your observations and experiences in daily teaching and student management. The information you provide will be used strictly for academic research purposes. All data will be kept confidential and analyzed in an anonymous manner, and no information that could identify you personally or your school will be disclosed.
The interview will be conducted as an open and informal conversation and will last approximately 20–30 minutes. You may choose not to answer any question, and you are free to pause or withdraw from the interview at any time without any negative consequences.
