You are warmly invited to participate in this research study on marketing strategies for enhancing the competitiveness of home renovation service providers in Shaanxi Province, China. The purpose of this survey is to better understand customers’ and industry stakeholders’ perceptions, preferences, and experiences regarding home renovation services, including service quality, pricing strategies, brand reputation, customer communication, digital marketing, after-sales service, and innovation in design solutions.

Please respond based on your actual experiences and honest opinions. Your responses will remain confidential and wasused only for academic research purposes.
