This questionnaire is for academic research purposes only and will be completed anonymously.
In this questionnaire, the term community refers to the commercial housing residential community in which you currently live. It is a residential unit developed by real estate developers, where residents share public spaces such as squares, green areas, and activity rooms, and which is usually managed on a daily basis by a property management company, a residents’ committee, or a homeowners’ committee.
Please answer the questions based on the actual situation of your current residential community. Thank you for your cooperation.
