Didi Drivers’ Work Experience

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this research survey. This questionnaire is part of an academic study investigating the relationship between digital management practices and employee motivation among Didi Chuxing drivers. Your responses will help us understand how algorithmic management systems affect driver experiences and motivation.This survey is anonymous and confidential. There are no right or wrong answers. Please respond based on your genuine experiences and perceptions as a Didi driver. The questionnaire will take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.Eligibility: You must be an active Didi driver who has been registered on the platform for at least 3 months and has completed a minimum of 50 trips.
