The Impact of Regular Exercise on Academic Performance among BNBU Students

Information and Informed Consent for Research Participants

I am a first-year student at Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University (BNBU). This survey is part of my EAP course project in the first year of my undergraduate studies. 

Your Participation: Participation in this survey is voluntary. You may choose to take part or not. You may also stop answering questions at any time. The questionnaire consists of 18 questions (16 questions if you have a regular exercise habit and 5 questions if you do not) and will take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete.
There is no direct personal benefit from participating in this research, but it will contribute to the completion of an academic project.

Your Privacy: This survey is anonymous. You will not be asked for your name or student ID number. Your responses will be kept confidential and used solely for this specific course project.
