求是生医｜朋辈辅学计划学长组招募\nRecruitment Questionnaire of the Teaching Group for ZJE Peer Tutoring

本期ZJE朋辈辅学计划以“互帮互助、教学相长”为核心，将以“线下集中授课+线上个性答疑”两种方式开展。学长组成员可以根据实际授课时长或工作时长获得志愿者小时数或勤工俭学报酬，有机会获评ZJE“朋辈学业辅导之星”和“朋辈学业辅导优秀团队”，并将择优推荐参评相关校级荣誉。
The ZJE Peer Tutoring Program centers on "mutual assistance and mutual growth through teaching and learning", and will be carried out in two ways: offline centralized teaching and online personalized Q&A. Members of the teaching group can receive volunteer hours or part-time work salary based on their actual teaching or working hours. They have the opportunity to be awarded the ZJE "Peer Academic Tutoring Star" and "Outstanding Peer Academic Tutoring Team", and will be recommended for relevant school-level honors on a selective basis.
