You are invited to participate in a small-scale research study as part of a Master’s assignment in Leadership and Management in Education.
What is this study about? - This study explores how performativity shapes leadership practices and teachers’ professional practice within school contexts.
What will taking part involve? - You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire, which takes approximately 2–3 minutes. You may also be invited to take part in a short follow-up interview (optional).
Do you have to take part? - Participation is entirely voluntary. You may choose not to answer any question and you have the right to withdraw at any time before submitting your responses.
How will the data be used? - All responses will be collected anonymously. No personally identifiable information will be collected. The data will be used solely for academic research purposes.
How will the data be stored? - All data will be securely stored on password-protected devices and will only be accessed by the researcher. The data will be handled in accordance with the University of Birmingham’s ethical guidelines and will be deleted after the completion of the research.
