广州地铁寻路标牌评估与影响:关于功效、效果与效率的研究

Dear respondents:

Thank you for participating in this research. Your responses will help us assess how the current wayfinding signage in the Guangzhou Metro aids navigation, eases cognitive load, manages passenger flow, and meets inclusivity standards. This survey is strictly confidential and should take about 10 minutes to complete. Your honest feedback is invaluable for developing evidence-based improvements to the metro signage system.

Your participation in this study will be kept confidential. The data will be anonymized and securely stored in password-protected files, accessible only to the principal investigator and supervisors. No personal information, such as name, email address, or IP address, will be collected. The research results will be disseminated in aggregated form through academic publications, conference presentations, and reports submitted to educational policymakers, ensuring complete anonymity.

All collected data will be securely stored for at least 7 years after the completion of the study, and may be retained for up to 10 years or longer, depending on the type of study, funder requirements, and potential future use. Upon the end of the retention period, the data will be permanently destroyed in accordance with institutional guidelines.
