By means of this form, applicants—or guardians/parents, where applicable—authorize the processing of their own personal data and that of the minor (if applicable), including their image, voluntarily provided through this document, as well as the updating of said data. This authorization is granted for the purpose of managing this educational activity and sending information regarding the activities of the Confucius Institute at the University of León, including via electronic means.

Furthermore, applicants—or guardians/parents—authorize the publication of photographs taken during the activities carried out at the Summer Camps in various media outlets (the Institute’s website, the media of Beijing DaDao Chinese Academy Education and Technology Co., Ltd, and any other communication related to the event). These photographs may feature some of the participants.

The created data file is located at Calle Jesús Rubio, 2, 24004 LEÓN, under the supervision and control of the Confucius Institute at the University of León. The Institute undertakes to implement technical and organizational security measures to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of the information, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, as well as other applicable legislation. Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, objection, and cancellation by sending a written communication addressed to the aforementioned address.
