(SUP) DISC

Welcome to this DISC Communication Style Assessment.

This assessment is designed to help you understand your natural tendencies in everyday communication, teamwork, and interpersonal interactions

There are no right or wrong answers, and no good or bad results, every style has its own strengths as well as areas for further development.

Please answer based on your most natural and genuine reactions in your daily life, rather than choosing what you think is the "ideal" or "most correct" answer.

For each question, select the option that best describes you personally.

Rating Scale:

Very unlike me

Somewhat unlike me

3 = 中立 / 一般 Neutral / Moderate

Somewhat like me

Very like me

After completing the assessment, the system will display your scores across the four DISC dimensions: D, I, S, and C. The dimension with the highest score will be considered your primary DISC communication style. If two dimensions have identical or very close scores, it indicates that you may exhibit tendencies of both communication styles.
