Introduction

my name is Chuwenjing.You are invited to participate in a research study titled "An Analysis of Factors Related to Employee Performance and Job Satisfaction in NVIDIA's Corporate Culture." This study is conducted as part of a Bachelor's thesis at the University of Dunaújváros. The purpose of this survey is to investigate how employees perceive NVIDIA's organizational culture and how those perceptions relate to job performance and job satisfaction.
