本问卷旨在了解民办高校学生使用生成式人工智能（Generative AI，简称GenAI）辅助专业课程学习的实际体验、影响机制及学习需求，为优化高校人工智能辅助教学、提升学生学习体验与学习质量提供研究依据。

本问卷所称“生成式AI”，是指能够根据用户指令生成文字、图像、代码、数据分析结果或其他内容的人工智能工具，例如ChatGPT、DeepSeek、通义千问、豆包、Kimi等。“专业课学习”包括与所学专业相关的理论课程、实验、实训及项目课程学习，不包括仅用于娱乐的使用经历。

调查对象： 本问卷面向目前在读、且过去6个月内曾使用生成式AI辅助专业课程学习的民办高校学生。如您没有相关使用经历，则不属于本次调查对象。

本问卷采用匿名方式，不要求填写姓名、学号或联系方式。所有数据仅用于学术研究，研究结果将以汇总统计形式呈现，不用于评价个人学习成绩或行为。参与本调查完全自愿，您可以随时停止作答，不会对您的课程学习或评价产生任何影响。

问卷预计需要10—15分钟完成。请您根据真实学习经历和个人感受认真作答，答案没有对错之分。

本问卷采用中英文对照形式，两种语言表达的是同一题目，每道题只需作答一次。

Hello!

This questionnaire aims to investigate students’ experiences, influencing factors, and learning needs when using generative artificial intelligence (Generative AI, or GenAI) to support major-related course learning at private colleges and universities. The findings will provide research-based insights into improving AI-assisted teaching, students’ learning experiences, and learning quality in higher education.

In this questionnaire, “generative AI” refers to artificial intelligence tools capable of generating text, images, code, data analysis results, or other content in response to user instructions. Examples include ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Tongyi Qianwen, Doubao, and Kimi. “Major-related course learning” includes theoretical courses, laboratory activities, practical training, and project-based coursework related to a student’s field of study. AI use solely for entertainment is excluded.

Eligible Participants: This survey is intended for currently enrolled students at private colleges and universities who have used generative AI to support their major-related course learning at least once during the past six months. Students without such experience are not eligible to participate.

This questionnaire is anonymous and does not request names, student identification numbers, or contact details. All collected data will be used exclusively for academic research, and findings will be presented only in aggregate form. The information will not be used to evaluate individual academic performance or behavior. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you may stop responding at any time without any consequences for your coursework or academic assessment.

The questionnaire takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. Please answer each question carefully based on your actual learning experiences and personal perceptions. There are no right or wrong answers.

The questionnaire is presented in both Chinese and English. Both versions convey the same questions, so you only need to answer each question once.
