We are conducting a course research project on postnatal recovery information design.
The project aims to understand what mothers, partners, family members and healthcare professionals commonly need to know during postnatal recovery, which information is difficult to understand or find, and what important information may currently be missing or could be improved.
Your responses will help us identify information gaps and support the development of future postnatal recovery materials that are clearer, easier to understand, more practical, and better matched to users' real needs.
The questionnaire will take approximately 8–12 minutes. The questions you see will depend on your role. Topics may include:
Physical recovery and recovery timelines
Emotional and psychological changes
Rest, sleep and daily activities
Partner and family support
When professional help may be needed
Access to, understanding of, and needs for postnatal recovery information
Some questions will appear only when relevant based on your previous answers, so the total number of questions may vary.
There are no right or wrong answers. Please answer based on your own experience, observations or professional experience. If you are unsure about a question, you may select “Not sure” where available or skip optional open-ended questions.
