Q2:Are you satisfied with the bus condition? 班车无论是新旧程度或者运行情况我都非常满意 very satisfied 公司的车子情况都很不错了,挺满意的 satisfied 一般,还是需要提高的 just so so 太差了,完全不合格 unpleasant
3.您对您所乘坐班车的班车司机的安全驾驶行为满意么?
Q3:Are you satisfied with the safe driving behavior of your bus driver? 非常满意,驾驶平稳,安全到达,没有违章 Very satisfied, driving smoothly, safe arrival, no violation 总体还不错,偶尔碰到紧急路况会有急刹急停的情况 Generally, it is not bad. Occasionally, there is a sudden emergency 安全驾驶行为有待提高,会出现超车,不遵守交通规则的行为 Needs to be improved, there will be overtaking, non-compliance with traffic rule 完全不按照安全驾驶来操作,野蛮行车,不遵守交通规则 Unpleasant,not to operate according to safe driving, wild driving, not obeying traffic rules.

9.您对您所乘坐班车到达公司的准点率满意么?
Q9:Are you satisfied with the arrival on-time of the shuttle bus to company? 非常满意,每天都准点甚至提前到达指定站点或工厂 Very satisfied,arrive at the designated site or factory in advance every da 挺满意的,基本都能准时到达 Satisfied, normally arrive on time. 一般,有时候会有不准点的情况发生 Just so so,sometimes no arrival on-time happened 完全不准点,甚至已经影响我的工作 Unpleasant,it has even affected my work
10.您对班车公司的应急响应力满意么?
Q10:Are you satisfied with the emergency response of the shuttle bus supplier? 非常满意,每次突发紧急情况都第一时间赶到并顺利解决 Very satisfied,every emergency is the first time to arrive and solved it 挺满意的,工厂那么大的用车量能做到这样不错了 Satisfied 一般,响应速度有待提高 Just so so,The response speed to be improved 太差了,每次发生意外情况都得不到反馈Unpleasant,every time there is no feedback

Part Two: The evaluation of shuttle bus management
1.您对公司班车现有的沟通渠道(包括班车微信群,车长反馈,邮件等)了解么?
Q1:Do you know the existing communication channels of the shuttle bus (including bus WeChat group, car length feedback, email, etc.)? 非常了解,并且经常从中反馈问题 Very familiar,often get feedback from it. 了解,反馈过问题 Familiar, 不是很了解,希望能加强沟通力度 Not very well, hope to strengthen the communications 完全没有听说过 Not at all
2.您向班车管理人员提出的意见/建议都得到对方的反馈了么?
Q2:Do you get feedback from the admin shuttle bus team? 反馈很及时,相应速度很快 Feedback is responsive and responsive 挺满意的,基本都能及时反馈我提出的问题 Satisfied, and I can get timely feedback about my questions 一般,有待加强,有时候提出的问题反馈比较慢 Just so so,need to be strengthened 得到的反馈信息有误 Bad,the feedback was wrong

Q3:Do you got reasonable communication from admin whether it is adopted or not when you have opinions or suggestions about the shuttle bus? 非常好,每次提出的问题都能得到有效沟通 Very satisfied,every question raised can be effectively communicated 挺好的,一般提出意见或者建议都能得到沟通 Satisfied,get feedback in general 一般,有待加强,有时候得不到沟通答复 Just so so,need to be strengthened 非常不满意,提出的建议或者意见从来没有得到过答复 Unpleasant,never get feedback
4.您对班车长和您的沟通或协助满意么?
Q4:Are you satisfied with the conductor's communication or assistance with you? 非常满意,绝对起到了班车长的作用 Very satisfied,it definitely plays the role of conductor 挺满意的 Satisfied 一般,基本没起到作用 Just so so,it didn't work 完成不知道班车长的存在 Completion does not know the conductor
