I am a postgraduate student studying IHRM (International Human Resource Management ) at the University of Portsmouth. This survey is to provide a comprehensive and systematic understanding of your current compensation system, and to provide a basis for optimizing the current compensation system. The survey is conducted in an anonymous manner. The relevant data is only used for the salary system optimization work. Please fill in carefully.
