This survey aims to truly understand your daily work experience and collect practical suggestions on process optimization, collaboration efficiency and team management, so as to help us improve the work environment and simplify work procedures for smoother and more efficient work.

关于 2025 年度敬业度调研后各部门的改进落地情况,以及本次 2026 年度调研的分析结果与改进方向,我们将统一在8 月年中员工沟通会上公布。
We will announce the implementation of improvements by all departments after the 2025 Employee Engagement Survey, as well as the analysis results and improvement directions of this 2026 survey, at the Mid-year Staff Communication Meeting in August.
